Amanda is Oklahoma born and raised! Growing up in Tulsa and spending weekends at the lake is what brought her to where she is now.

After attending high school in Tulsa, Amanda attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. That is also where she met her husband, Brian. After college, they moved back to the Tulsa area, where Amanda was an educator for 22 years. While teaching, she received a Masters in English as a Second Language and then a Certificate in School Administration. As her children graduated from high school and moved away to attend college, Amanda decided it was time for a change in career. One where she could still educate, but also where she could be at the lake full time. She now educates people about Medicare. Educating beneficiaries gives them the information they need and then, in turn, empowers them to decide on what is best for them! In 2022, her husband, Brian, joined her as an agent! They now work together in helping people understand their benefits!

Living at the lake is a dream come true for Amanda! She had planned to retire there, but now as an Independent Insurance Broker, it has allowed her obtain her dream earlier than expected!
